3. Products and Availability
We offer a combination of in-stock products and made-to-order (print-on-demand) items.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders or discontinue products at any time.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, design or finish may occur.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the selected currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal or other methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
An agreement is concluded once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website.
As we offer both in-stock and made-to-order (print-on-demand) products, items within the same order may be shipped separately and may have different processing and delivery times.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs or other external factors.
7. Import Duties and Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
Custom-made and print-on-demand products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
9. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text and branding, is the property of Souvenirshop Amsterdam / By Azara unless otherwise stated.
