Order Process

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We then start preparing your order. Some items are shipped from our own stock, while others are made to order. 

Clothing: Please allow us 1–4 business days to prepare your order for shipment. 
Other products: Please allow us 1-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

If your order includes multiple items, please note that products may be shipped separately. This means you may receive your order in two or more deliveries, especially when items are made to order.

As soon as your order is ready, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking link by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
